We are currently working on short and long term corrective actions to stabilize the service. At this moment, service is reporting full functionality and we are continuing to closely monitor the health of the service.

After identifying the issue and applying a fix, while we actively were monitoring the situation we noticed the issue starting to reoccur.

We are working diligently to identify the root cause and apply a long-term fix.

We are currently investigating a network connectivity issue in one of our Swedish Datacenters.

A subset of clients will be experiencing high latency or 5xx-errors.
