Scheduled
There will be a maintenance performed on the Search & Navigation Service (formerly known as FIND) in the AP region. A subset of accounts provisioned in the AP Region on legacy infrastructure, will be moved to the newest generation cloud-based architecture. This will be rolled out in several phases and batches.

Third phase includes migration of accounts communicating with serviceUrl es-ap-api01.episerver.net.

When
Start time: July 29, 2022 at 00:00 UTC
End time: August 31, 2022 at 23:59 UTC

Impact
Each individual account will have a change window of an average of two hours, the time of the move is dependent on how much data the account contains. Search functionality as well as any read-operation will still work during this time. Some customers with a Find API version lower than 13.2.8 might experience some missing content after the account has been moved. In that case, please run the Find re-indexing job. https://webhelp.episerver.com/latest/en/find/clearing-reindexing.htm

Why
In our commitment to always improve the platform for our customers we are migrating accounts to a new version of the back-end platform that will provide higher availability, higher resiliency, and better performance. Consolidating onto the newest generation allows us to focus maintenance and continuous improvement on one generation.
