On the 14th of July 2020 beginning at 17:00 UTC, we will together with one of our third-party supplier carry out a scheduled maintenance on our platform. This maintenance will replace certificates on our external endpoints with certificates issued by DigiCert. We expect no impact to services as this change is by design seamless.
This can trigger an automatic certificate renewal for your DXP site(s) and to ensure seamless renewal, make sure that:
• Your application(s) support SNI certificates
• Your application(s) is NOT ‘pinned’ to the current certificate
• Your application allows DigiCert as root CA
If you have provided or purchased a dedicated certificate(s) for your website you are not affected by this maintenance.
