We investigated an event that impacted the rendering and sending of messages including those generated via Marketing Automation between 11:15 (CET) and 12:20 (CET). During this time no messages were sent.

Since 12:20 (CET) Optimizely Campaign is completely functional again.

Clarification: No messages were lost. Messages sent during this time frame were sent with a delay of up to 65 minutes.
